CHRISTMAS AT HARROLD ZION

 PEW COMMUNION CHRISTMAS SERVICE

Tuesday, December 20, 2016 - 11:00 AM

This service is designed to welcome those who are not able to worship on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, may find it difficult to travel at night, or simply find this service to best fit their schedule.  Come and sing with the angels as we welcome Christ the Lord.

LONGEST NIGHT – BLUE CHRISTMAS SERVICE

Tuesday, December 20, 2016 - 7:00 PM

Christmas is a time associated with gatherings of family and friends, of smiles and laughter. While true for some, for others the holiday season brings times of sadness. We miss loved ones who have died, either recently or years past. Our life changes due to difficult times – through sorrow, broken relationships, illness, loss of job, loneliness, and other struggles of life.

If this is where you find yourself this holiday season, you are invited to The Longest Night service. Come and join others on the longest night of the year and find you are not alone. Hear God's promise that he is with us in our times of grief, loneliness, fear, and struggles. Listen to the words of the prophet Isaiah - “Comfort, comfort my people.”

 CHRISTMAS EVE, DECEMBER 24

3:00 and 4:30 PM

This service is designed for people of all ages, especially children and families.  In addition to listen to and celebrating the Christmas story, we will hear the story of the Legend of the Poinsettia.  There will be a time of candlelight and communion.

 7:00 and 11:00 PM

Candlelight, carols, and Holy Communion are just a part of these traditional services.  The church’s choir and bell choir will provide music to welcome the birth of the Christ Child.

CHRISTMAS DAY, DECEMBER 25, at 10:30 PM

We invite you to join us as we awake and greet the happy morn.  Hear the lessons and carols proclaim that Jesus Christ is born to save.  As we greet this happy morn, we find join in greeting one another in the name of Christ, the newborn King.

COME AND WORSHIP CHRIST THE NEWBORN KING!
